Welcome to LegendsLeague! To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all users, please read and adhere to the following rules and guidelines. These rules apply to all participants and users of the platform and services.
1. Eligibility
To participate in fantasy cricket contests and use the platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid account with LegendsLeague.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of our platform in your jurisdiction.
Users from certain regions, including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana, are restricted from participating due to local legal regulations.
2. Account Registration
To participate in any of our contests or access certain features, you are required to create an account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Not share your account with others or allow third parties to access it.
If we suspect that the information you have provided is inaccurate or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
3. Contest Participation
By participating in any fantasy cricket contests or activities, you agree to the following rules:
- You will only submit one team per contest unless explicitly allowed to do so.
- All selections for your fantasy cricket team must be submitted before the contest begins, and no changes will be allowed after the start of the contest.
- Your team selections must comply with the contest rules, including budget restrictions and player selection rules (such as the number of captains, vice-captains, etc.).
In case of any violation of the above rules, your participation in the contest may be canceled, and you may be disqualified from further participation.
4. Code of Conduct
While using LegendsLeague, you are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior towards other users.
- Using offensive or inappropriate language in chats, discussions, or comments.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, such as manipulating scores or match outcomes.
- Sharing personal or sensitive information of other users without their consent.
- Cheating or exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
Violating the code of conduct can lead to account suspension or permanent bans from the platform.
5. Payments and Transactions
If the platform includes any paid services, such as entering contests that require a fee or purchasing premium features, you agree to the following terms:
- You will provide accurate payment information and ensure it is up-to-date.
- All transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways, and LegendsLeague is not responsible for any payment issues arising from third-party services.
- In the case of a dispute or chargeback request, you may be subject to an investigation and, if necessary, the cancellation of your contests or winnings.
Please note that certain contests and activities may not be available in your region due to local legal restrictions.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content (such as posts, comments, messages, or media) you upload or share on LegendsLeague. You agree that your content will not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
By submitting content to LegendsLeague, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content in connection with our platform and marketing efforts.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. By using our platform, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to receive communications, including notifications, updates, and promotional offers, unless you opt out through your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
LegendsLeague is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur as a result of using our platform, including but not limited to:
- Errors, interruptions, or delays in service.
- Loss of personal data or user-generated content.
- Any consequences arising from the use of third-party services, websites, or platforms.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, security breaches, or malfunctions, and we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from these issues.
